• Facilitated workforce planning in support of a sustainability and transformation partnership (STP)
• Supported a community provider with the presentation of new models of care, and a cost improvement programme
• Developed the strategic plan for an NHS-owned pharmacy subsidiary company
• Supported a number of NHS vanguard new models of care sites with value propositions and logic models (theory of change)
• Reviewed the financial viability of a mental health provider, on behalf of the regulator
• Reviewed a dementia pathway for a CCG and provider
